Build your own temp tower

Step 1: Generate STL

Set your temperatures, one temperature per line please:

Temperature order is printing order, the top first temperature will be the first part at the bottom.

It is advised to print cold to warm for 2 reasons:

In most cases it's faster to heat up the extruder than to cool down.

The hotter it gets, the more sagging will occur, if you start cold, everything below the saggy part is still a good temp tower.

Step 2: Slicing

Please slice the generated STL file with your favorite slicer. Use the default filament settings for that filament-type and slice in a way you would slice your normal prints.

Step 3: manipulate the gcode

Please upload the resulting (b)gcode here:

Optional: Preview

view the resulting gcode file in your slicers preview, set your preview-color to temperature and see if things match up

Step 4: Print

Print the gcode file on your printer.
